Don't text & walk

Today's post is a little lesson I taught myself the other day.

One summer morning, I got up and went on my way to the park to go for a jog.

So I was walking, walking, and then texting plus walking...

What happened next still gives me shivers.

I had my head down with my fingers texting away when I found myself wrapped in a spider's web.

I felt this stringy sticky substance clinging to me in the most unpleasant way...on my tee I found a dead organism wrapped up into a 'bird-poop' looking' bundle.

I frantically tried to free my self of the strands, I probably looked like I was clawing at myself.

I didn't care, all I wanted was to get rid of that 'lethal to flying bugs' substance.

Thinking about it now... it reminds me of one of the scariest scenes in
'Snow White and the Seven Dwarves'.

The First Post

GREETINGS fellow human beans :)

I've done it. I've made a blog.
For absolutely ages the thought about creating a blog had lay dormant and waiting at the back of my mind, twiddling its thumbs....

*Today, it was unleashed out into the world of blogging.

'An Ordinary Human Bean': The Origins

No I'm not about to tell you where a human bean originates...that can be covered in this book>"Where Did I Come From?'

I must say I'm rather fond of this title (A.O.H.B.), and I have Mr Roald Dahl and The BFG to thank.

'Human bean' has always been that 'lexical item' that had found a place to stay in my memory ever since I read my first Roald Dahl book.

Voilà mon premier post!

*Okay so I lied...not today, but yesterday...I actually attempted to make a tumblr.
(I knew about blogger first and only decided to join tumblr after I googled it.
I was impulsive and I thought that tumblr looked easier. Guess what?
It wasn't...well for me anyway.

On a final note for this post:

I want to thank my friends for helping me with all the nitty-gritty tech codey bits that didn't exactly need changing but did it for me because I was such a fussy one.
